Logical recovery
Deletions, formatting, lost partitions and damaged file systems. We work on a copy of the media, never on the original.
When the media itself has failed
Damaged electronics, controllers in sticks and cards. Here the result cannot be promised in advance, and we say so from the start.
What to do meanwhile
If the drive is making noises, switch it off and do not plug it in again. Every start-up attempt can take away what is still there.

How much does data recovery cost?
There is no fixed price. It depends on the damage, not on the capacity. We assess it during diagnostics and quote before starting.
Are the files always recovered?
No. Some physical damage cannot be undone, and overwritten files no longer exist. We would rather say that upfront than charge you for a blind attempt.
Can you do it without me bringing the device?
We need the media itself. If you cannot come over, we will come to you — the call-out is in the price table.
