Repair

Free diagnostics if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, it is €30.

All prices are for labour and include IGIC. Parts (screens, batteries, components) are charged separately and depend on the model. The on-site fee covers travel only; work at your place is quoted separately.

We give you the final price — labour plus parts — before we start.

Plans — IT support

A fixed monthly fee and your till, wifi, cameras and backups keep working. We check before things fail instead of running once everything has stopped.

Development and automation

There is no price list here, and be wary of anyone who hands you one: a five-page website and an app with user accounts and payments have nothing in common. We quote per project, always with a firm figure before any work starts.

What the quote depends on

• How many screens or pages, and whether the design has to be made from scratch.
• Whether it needs user accounts, roles and permissions.
• Whether money changes hands inside it, and by what method.
• How many outside services it has to connect to.
• How many languages it has to work in.

The first conversation is free: it exists to pin down the scope and give you a realistic range. If we can see it is not worth building, we say that too.
