The problem
Anyone running short-term rentals lives between an Airbnb calendar, a Booking calendar, a WhatsApp group with the cleaner and a spreadsheet with the money. None of it talks to each other: double bookings appear on their own, and nobody knows for certain what last month actually earned.
What we built
Channel sync
Automatic import of Airbnb and Booking calendars, and export of your own calendar so the platforms block the same dates.
Team with roles
Eight distinct roles. The cleaner sees their tasks and never the money; the owner sees their own figures and only for their property. The separation lives in the database, not in the interface.
Tasks and expenses with photos
Assign, confirm, complete. Every expense carries a photo of the receipt, and cleaning tasks have a checklist with before and after photos.
Real money
VAT and tax reports with PDF export, and card payments from the guest through Stripe, straight into the host’s own account.

Technology
One codebase for Android, iOS and web. No server of our own to maintain: the database enforces the access rules itself, and the few operations that need secrets live in isolated functions.
Status
In active development, preparing for release on Google Play. It is our own product rather than a client job — we show it because it makes clear how far we take something when we build the whole thing, from design to database.
