Online contract signing
We send the client a link, they open it on their phone, sign with a finger, and both sides get the document by email. No printing, no scanning, nothing to install.

The problem
A two-page contract used to eat half a day: print, sign, scan, send, wait for the reply. With the client on another island it stretched into days. The signing services out there charge per document and keep the client data on their own servers.
What we built
Sign with a finger
The client types their name, signs on the screen and confirms. All in the browser: no app, no sign-up, no account.
Signature record
We store the date, the IP, the browser and a SHA-256 digest of the exact text the client had in front of them. If the document were altered afterwards, the digest would stop matching.
The text cannot change
Once signed, there is no way to edit the contract: the system has no such operation. Not a greyed-out button — it simply does not exist.
Email copy and PDF
On signing, both the client and we receive the document by email. From the panel it exports to PDF in one click.
Searchable archive
Every contract in a private panel, searchable by name, number, email and date range. Seven templates in three languages, with the price as a separate field and the text editable before sending.

About legal weight
This is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS: admissible as evidence, backed by the record described above. It does not replace a qualified signature with a certificate, which certain specific procedures require. For ordinary service contracts it is enough; if your case needs a qualified signature, we will say so before we start.
Technology
It runs on the same infrastructure as this site: a worker at the network edge and an SQL database. No server of our own to maintain and no third party holding the documents: the contracts live in your own infrastructure, not a signing provider’s.
