FAQ

  • What is the warranty period?
    Warranty for repairs is given for a period of 1 month, except for the treatment of moisture. For work related to moisture treatment, a 1-day guarantee is given.
  • How is the repair process going?
    You call us, we invite you to our workshop or we go to you. We fix the problem and the terms of repair. After the repair, we either deliver the equipment to you or you pick it up from our workshop.
  • Do you use original spare parts for repairs?
    Yes. We work only with new original spare parts supplied from the manufacturer.
